Bulk orders, specialty garments, custom bleach work, out-of-stock items, and supplier delays may require additional time.
Final Sale
Custom and personalized items are final sale once production begins unless there is a production error or defect.
Changes After Approval
Changes requested after final approval may affect pricing and turnaround time.
Production Issues
Production defects or order errors should be reported within 3 days of pickup with clear photos.
Local Pickup
Current orders are fulfilled by local pickup in the Massillon area unless another arrangement is approved in advance.
